Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fjord LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the GLP Compass mobile application ("App").

About Fjord LLC

GLP Compass is developed, owned, and operated by Fjord LLC. All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and content, are owned by Fjord LLC or its licensors.

Use of the App

By using GLP Compass, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate information when using the App
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• •Not use the App for any commercial purposes without our express written consent
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

The GLP Compass name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fjord LLC. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Fjord LLC.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fjord LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• •Your use or inability to use the App
• •Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• •Any errors or omissions in the App's content or functionality

Changes to Terms

Fjord LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
